Our studio workspace is without doubt the most revolutionary addition to our lives since moving. Ever since I quite my job and started my business full time I’ve been working from the dining room table. I’m sure there are many out there that can empathise with this newbie struggle, although when I was doing it I felt like I was the only one who didn’t have a lovely designated workspace, or even just a desk!! In our old teeny or shall we say ‘cosy’ flat, we had to make the choice between a dining table or a desk for me. There honestly wasn’t room for both and with us really valuing having people into our home for meals, it wasn’t really a choice.
So friends, I’ve finally gotten around to putting together our bedroom tour. Progress has been slow on getting rooms sorted in our new flat. Somehow these things just end up being a lot more drawn out than you think and then there are little touches you want to add that you put off for a while…and then a little more. Anyway I’m pumped to show you the rest of the pad, having only really shown you the dining area, but we’ll start here.

I’m very excited to have our flat featured on Houzz UK today! I love a good home tour myself, mainly because I’m nosey when it comes to interiors. I get great thrills going through the key hole and filling up on some interiors inspiration! I’m that creepy person that peers into peoples front rooms when they have the light on at night. In fact we’ve spent 5 days staying in an AirBnb across the road (madness) while our bathroom was finally seen to and I spent most of the time imagining what I would do to the flat if I lived there. Obviously a very productive use of my time but I did lots of work too, I promise.
