Returns & exchanges

If you are not happy with your item you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

If items are damaged in transit then please let me know and I can send you a new one.

In the unlucky situation where your package goes missing then I will investigate it with the Royal Mail to sort it out. Please be aware however that for international orders (posting to outside the UK) we are required to wait 28 days before the item can be classed as missing.
