Trading Terms

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the www.thelovelydrawer.com website. By placing an order you AGREE to these terms and conditions. That you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Workshop tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and bookings cannot be changed. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding distance- and online-selling regulations, which allows you to cancel your order within 14 days. No refund will be made on failure to attend.


All prices are as stated on the www.thelovelydrawer.com website, although we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods at any time.  All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Please note that there are certain items for sale that will be excluded from all promotions and discount codes. Sale items and gift vouchers may be excluded from promotional discounts.

We cannot guarantee your exact item will be in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail or by phone. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for stock to be replenished.
