time for thai
It’s the start of a new week and I’ve a new recipe to share over at Aspiring Kennedy. It’s tried and tested (promise) so grab your shopping list and step over to Lauren’s blog to get cooking this Pad Thai recipe. I’m still reeling from my Thai lunch yesterday. A pub around the corner from us has an unexpectedly good Thai menu. A British pub come Thai kitchen shouldn’t really work but some how it does. I was so taken with my meal that I didn’t even care about the giant football screens surrounding us. That’s saying something!
